#RBHRF2020 starts on 9 June with the first side events beginning on 8 June.
All of the events will happen on Zoom.
We highly recommend joining #RBHRF2020 using a computer.
Please make sure that you have the most recent version of Zoom. You can download the latest Zoom Client for Meetings here. If you already have Zoom, please check for updates through your app as shown below.
How to join your registered events
You must register for events through the event registration page.
For every event that you have signed up for, you will receive the links to join the webinar, as shown in the highlighted red boxes below, 1 hour and 10 minutes before your sessions start in your email. Joining links will not be available prior to these emails being sent.
When you click on the buttons above, it will take you to the Event Page, where you will see the button below, click on this blue button "WATCH NOW" to begin the Webinar.
Have a backup plan
Alternatively, all sessions, except invite-only side events, will be streamed live on the #RBHRF2020 homepage at www.rbhrforum.com
Here are a few best practices in preparation for #RBHRF2020
Have a stable internet connection. Depending on your context, you may consider having a back-up connection such as a mobile hotspot.
Restart your computer before joining your scheduled events. Ensure no other video applications are holding onto audio or video, and shut down any non-essential applications for optimal computer performance.
Use headphones when participating. This will ensure that you have the clearest audio experience.
Join the conversation on social. Use the hashtag #RBHRF2020.
Get familiar with Zoom Webinars. Review the "Joining and participating in a webinar (attendee)" page.

The United Nations Virtual Forum on Responsible Business and Human Rights: New Challenges. New Approaches. will be held on 9-12 June 2020. This year’s forum will be held virtually, thus allowing for a larger and wider audience to participate from around the world.
