This interactive workshop explores how judicial and non-judicial mechanisms can work together to strengthen access to remedy for migrant workers. Through practical scenarios and multi-stakeholder discussions, participants will identify barriers, share promising practices/working solutions, and develop actionable recommendations to improve grievance mechanisms, cross-border cooperation, and access to justice.
