Katie looks after LRQA’s Sustainability Consulting activities across APAC. She has deep experience in sustainability strategy development, supply chain and human rights due diligence and has worked with clients of all sizes from numerous industries, including finance, real estate, food and beverage, agriculture and manufacturing services. Katie engages with clients at operational, management and board level and has delivered advisory support to clients via one-on-one engagements as well as group trainings. Katie continues to develop the South East Asia team's experience in Human Rights Due Diligence and supply chain services such as supplier risk assessment / segmentation and responsible supply chain procedures, policies and practices. Katie's sustainability experience also includes  waste management and circular economy, impact investing and responsible finance, social impact measurement. Katie joined LRQA from KPMG Sustainability Services in Singapore, where she delivered various sustainability strategy and reporting engagements that included materiality assessments, stakeholder engagement, data collection and analysis, performance assessment and target setting. Prior to that, Katie has extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector, where she worked with local communities on developing and reaching marine conservation goals.  Katie holds an MSc (Environmental Modelling, Monitoring and Management) from Kings College London, UK and a BSc (Zoology) from Newcastle University, UK

Kate is a human right, ethical sourcing and supply chain specialist with over 20 years of experience in human rights and ethical sourcing experience across global corporations, boutique consultancies, and the public sector. She works with the Mekong Club as a technical advisor, providing coaching, support and leadership on The Mekong Club's core mission of helping organisations tackle modern slavery and and human rights risks in their supply chains

Ranjitha Kumar is a Project Manager at the Thomson Reuters Foundation, where she leads research and programmatic work on responsible business, worker voice, and labour rights in the age of digitalisation and AI. She brings a background in technology policy research, with expertise spanning digital sovereignty, AI governance and technology geopolitics. Her interests lie at the intersection of AI and labour, exploring how emerging technologies are reshaping work and global governance.
