Overview
This interactive 90-minute workshop equips brands, CSOs, worker representatives, and agencies to operationalise hybrid AI+Human grievance mechanisms. While AI offers scalable intake, it lacks the cultural safety and local trust required to resolve complex human rights abuses.
Through hands-on case simulations—covering recruitment fees, heat stress, and shop-floor GBV—multi-stakeholder teams complete a "Live Triage Mapping Canvas" to define seamless operational handovers from AI intake to local CSO intervention. Grounded in the principle of "local language, local team, localised remedy," participants navigate data privacy, supplier retaliation, and HQ visibility, leaving with a practical Hybrid Triage Matrix and a 30-Day Implementation Roadmap for timely worker remedy.
Activities
Participants begin with a live demonstration analysing real chatbot failures to spot hidden abuse indicators. In multi-stakeholder small groups (brands, CSOs, agencies), participants complete hands-on case studies focused on Burmese recruitment fees, extreme heat stress, and shop-floor GBV. Using a practical Triage Canvas exercise, teams map out seamless operational handovers from AI intake to local CSO human intervention and resolve data privacy constraints.
